Basic Formula Testing
Formula: 20% Resin, 20% Cellulose fiber, 40% Barium sulphate, 20% HT Iron Oxide Black Powder (HT-200)
Test result: the average friction factor is 0.362, friction factor volatility:<0.06, no noise, no vibration, moderate attrition degree, wear lose 0.6g
SAE J661 CHASE Testing
Formula: 10% Resin, 20% Fiber, 30% Fillings, 20% Friction regulators, 20% HT Iron Oxide Black (HT-200)
Test result: friction factor at moderate attrition degree, little heat fading, stable on recovery.
